Camp Sauble: Cages of Carnage

Camp Sauble: Cages of Carnage
4058 E Free Soil Road

Originally constructed as a work camp by a Native American Civil War veteran, the main building burnt to the ground and was rebuilt as the first special alternative incarceration program in Michigan.

Now Camp Sauble has found a new purpose, as a successful and growing haunted attraction. Five nights a year, Free Soil/Meade, Grant Township and Fountain Departments open the prison for all those who liked to scream.
